FitnessGram assessment, analysis, and comparison to individual and national standards
In this unit, students will participate in a battery of fitness assessments by FitnessGram. End of year tests include: PACER Cardio respiratory, reach flexibility, curl ups, 90 degree push ups, and trunk lift.

- increase and maintain muscular strength and endurance through resistance training exercises
- familiarize ourselves with full body movements by using crossfit principles throughout our workout
- increase flexibility levels throughout the body in order to increase full body wellness
