unit 1: listening skills (part 1)
In this unit, students will understand the motives behind compositional choices made by emerging artist by learning about the basic elements of music. Students will discuss and review both current and classical music in preparation to edit and create their own compositions.

Performing Anchor Standard 4: Select, analyze, and interpret artistic work for presentation.
